Join our team as a work-from-home sales / business development professional. This is a front line outside sales and business development position that requires excellent skills in building relationship rapport with healthcare referral sources, group and one-on-one presentations, developing an active funnel of lead referrals, contributing towards digital marketing campaigns, ensuring customer satisfaction with our client base, and establishing company value proposition and brand.

POSITION

The Community Relations Liaison will be fulfilling business development duties including relationship building with healthcare referral contacts, maintaining an active lead funnel, community outreach, In-Services, closing sales with leads, developing territory coverage plan to meet assigned sales targets. You will be required to forecast business from your assigned territory and submit reports in a timely fashion. Perform in-home assessments for potential clients and educate them about Company services and value. Follow-up with clients to ensure service delivery meets client’s requirements.

The sales professional will mostly work independently of co-workers or supervisors in a work-from-home setting and therefore must be a self-starter, have strong work ethics and always work consistent with the policies of the company.

JOB DUTIES

The Community Relations Liaison will perform the following job functions:

  • Calls on multiple facility types such as hospital, skilled nursing, rehabilitation facility, home health and hospice agency, assisted living and other senior living settings within an assigned territory to develop professional relationships with key contacts, and generate homecare referrals.
  • Educate and inform referral sources about services and programs offered by the Company.
  • Reach out to community based organizations to let them know of Company services and ask for referrals.
  • Receive and respond to referrals and service inquiries on the programs offered by this company.
  • Develop a territory plan to meet sales targets. Track KPIs related to sales activity. Submit KPIs and sales reports weekly.
  • Update CRM with all contacts and sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Perform in-home assessments for new potential clients. Sign-up new clients.
  • Perform customer service oversight, ensuring customers are receiving quality care through check in’s, and feedback.
  • De-escalate and resolve customer service issues.
  • Contribute towards digital marketing campaigns with video, written and other content.
  • Represent the company in online marketing, social media using good business judgment, professionalism and always presenting the Company in a positive light.
  • Track, report and meet goals set by management.
  • Other office coordination duties.

The Community Relations Liaison’s duties are not limited to those listed as the position has a wide scope of duties at times dependent on the client and always under the auspices of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ year’s experience in a professional office work environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in services sales. Proven experience in developing new accounts and building strong relationships within referral sources.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare sales setting with strong references, a definite plus.
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
  • Must be creative, self-motivated, and have outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong writing skills - writing that is clear, organized and thoughtful, and not unnecessarily brief or cryptic.
  • Goal oriented and able to consistently meet targets set by their supervisor.
  • Hands-on computer experience with a proven ability to work with multiple computer programs, applications and software tools in everyday work is a **MUST**.
  • Strong work ethics, respectful and a professional attitude towards work.
  • US Citizen or proof of work authorization required.
